Résumé: البحث هو محاولة لكشف أساليب الاحتلال الفرنسي في الجزائر طيلة فترة الاستعمار، للقضاء على الإسلام والمؤسسات الدينية والمرجعية الشرعية التي كانت سائدة منذ الفتح الإسلامي ومهيمنة على حياة الجزائريين سواء في العبادات أو المعاملات، ومنها مصادرة الأوقاف الإسلامية ، واحتكار المؤسسات الدينية، والتحكم في السلك الديني والمفتين والعلماء، وإضعاف التعليم الديني، وفصل الشريعة عن القضاء، وغيرها، ثم بينت كيف واجه الجزائريين كل هذا الكيد من أجل المحافظة على دينهم ومرجعيتهم الشرعية، من ذلك تأسيس المساجد والمدارس الحرة البعيدة عن هيمنة الإدارة الفرنسية، ودعمها والالتفاف حولها، وإنشاء القضاء الشرعي، وغير ذلك من وسائل مقاومة المحتل الفرنسي في حربه على الإسلام في الجزائر. The research is an attempt to reveal the methods of the French occupation in Algeria during the colonial period, To eliminate Islam, religious institutions and the legal reference that have prevailed since the Islamic conquest and dominate the lives of Algerians, whether in worship or transactions, Including the confiscation of Islamic endowments, the monopoly of religious institutions, the control of the religious corps, muftis and scholars, and The weakening of religious education, the separation of Sharia from the judiciary, and others, and then I showed how the Algerians faced all this maliciousness in order to preserve their religion and their legitimate reference This includes the establishment of mosques and free schools far from the dominance of the French administration, its support and circumvention, the establishment of the legal judiciary, and other means of resisting the French occupier in its war against Islam in Algeria.
