Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مقدم الخدمة الإلكتروني كعنصر تسويقي فعال في تنشيط الصناعات التقليدية والحرف عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تحديدا الفيسبوك حيث يقدم هذا الأخير أدوات عملية في البيع لإلكتروني من بينها الماركت بلايس، وهذا بتحليل طريقة عرض المنتجات وأدوار مقدم الخدمة الإلكتروني في البيع. وكنتيجة وجدنا أن الفيسبوك من الوسائل الحديثة في التسويق الإلكتروني وأن مقدم الخدمة الإلكتروني في أغلب الأحيان هو نفسه الحرفي الذي يسعى لبيع منتجاته الحرفية وتنشيطها. Abstract: this study aimed to analyze the e-service provider as an effective marketing element in revitalizing traditional industries and crafts through social media specifically facebook wich offers practical tools in online selling including the market place by analyzing the method of displaying the product, as well the role of E-service provider in the e-selling processe As a result, we found that facebook is a modern means of E-marketing and we concluded that the E-service provider is most often the same craftsman.
