معالجة خطاب الكراهية في وسائط الاعلام الجديدة زمن الكورونا : الموقع الرسمي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة مثالا

Résumé: ملخص: تناول البحث ظاهرة تفاقم خطاب الكراهية في زمن الكورونا وسبل المعالجة الإعلامية. و للإجابة عن الإشكالية المطروحة حول الدور الذي تلعبه منظمة الأمم المتحدة في الحد من تفاقم خطاب الكراهية، تم تحليل محتوى المقالات المنشورة في موقعها الإلكتروني الرسمي خلال 2019 و2020. ومن أهم النتائج هي أن معالجة المنظمة تتسم بالسطحية، ذلك أن محتوى الأخبار المنشورة يمثل تغطية مناسبتية لما يحدث في بعض الملفات ذات العلاقة بالموضوع. كمااقتصرت الشخصيات التي تم التعاطي معها، على ممثلي المنظمة، فظهر الموقع كمرآة تعكس أنشطة المنظمة في المضمار المدروس، التي لم تشهد تطورا كميا ولا نوعيا خلال انتشار جائحة كورونا، رغم إطلاق الاستراتيجية الخاصة بمكافحة خطاب الكراهية منذ يوليو 2019، ورغم النداء الذي توجه به الأمين العام يوم 8 مايو 2020 لمواجهة ال"جائحتين" معا: كورونا وخطاب الكراهية على حد تعبيره. وقد أوصت الباحثة بتكثيف الدراسات النوعية حول خطاب الكراهية من أجل رسم استراتيجية اتصالية تساعد على الحد من آثاره السلبية على الأفراد والمجتمعات. The research deals with the exacerbation of Hate speech at the time of coronavirus and its media treatment. The problem was about the role played by the United Nations in curbing the escalation of hate speech. The content of the articles published about the topic on UN official website during the years 2019 and 2020 was analyzed. The results showed that the organization’s treatment lacks depth and diversity in the angles addressed. Published news constitutes adequate coverage of the UN’s activities parallel to the events within the files related to the topic. The interviewees were restricted to its representatives. Thus, the web site appears as a mirror that reflects the activities of the organization, not as a space to address all incidents related to hatred and discrimination that are taking place in the world. The author recommended intensifying qualitative studies on hate speech to help reduce its negative effects.
