الدراسة المحاسبية لعقد الايجار التمويلي وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي ومعايير المحاسبية والتقارير المالي الدولية

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تقنية التأجير التمويلي التي أصبحت تمثل أحد أهم الوسائل التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسات الاقتصادية من أجل تمويل نشاطها والسماح لها بالاستمرارية في النشاط وغزو الأسواق وغيرها من الاستراتيجيات الحديثة كما حاولنا تسليط الضوء عن المعالجة المحاسبية لعقد الايجار التمويلي حسب النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعايير الدولية . ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي في عرض المعلومات النظرية عن عقد الايجار التمويلي والمنهج التحليلي في الدراسة التطبيقية التي تناولت عينه من المؤسسات الجزائرية وهي "" بنك البركة "" وكالة الوادي ولقد خلصت دراستنا الى ان المعالجة المحاسبية تتم وفقا لقواعد ومبادى النظام المحاسبي المالي وتوافقا لما جاءت به المعايير. ""This study aims to focus the light on technic of the direct financing lease which becomes one of the most important means that had been adopted by the economic enterprises for financing their economic activities that permits the continuity of the productivity, invading markets with goods and involving in the other new strategies. We seek to focus on the accounting treatment of the financial lease contract according to the international norms and the known financial accounting system. Accordingly, we apply the descriptive method, exposing the theoretical information of the finance lease contract, and we use also the analytic method in our study, that had been applied in the Algerian enterprises such as -El Baraka bank - . Our study concluded at end that the accounting treatment may be achieved according to the finance accounting system laws and norms "
