متلازمة الدفاع والأمن في السياسة الدولية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التركيز على البعد العسكري لمتلازمة الدفاع والأمن في السياسة الدولية، وذلك بهدف تحليل وفهم الصراعات من منظور الواقعيين، ومن خلال العلاقة بينهما يمكننا الإحاطة بالأسباب والعوامل التي تؤدي إلى عدّة حالات من المآزق الإستراتيجية، تتسبّب فيها القدرات العسكرية الدفاعية والهجومية للدول، ولعلّ أبرزها "المأزق الأمني" The Security dilemma، و"مأزق الدفاع" The Defense dilemma، وأيضًا تحديد مدى تأثيرهما على الإستقرار الإستراتيجي والأمن الدولي. This study focuses on the military dimension of the defense and security syndrome, in order to understand conflicts from the perspective of realists, and through the dilemma of defense and security and the relationship between them, we can take note of the causes and factors that lead to several situations of strategic dilemma’s caused by the defensive and offensive military capabilities of States at the level of international politics, and their impact on strategic stability and international security.
