حرفا الجر "اللام" و "في" في آية الزكاة (دراسة لغوية شرعية على مذهب الإمام الشافعي)

Résumé: يتحدث البحث عن حرفي الجر " اللام" و" في " في آية الزكاة , ويدرسهما دراسة لغوية وشرعية محصورة في فقه الإمام الشافعي , ويبين ما ترتب على فهم اللغويين والشرعيين للحرفين من أحكام , وقد قسم البحث على ثلاثة مباحث , تحدث المبحث الأول عن حرفي الجر " اللام" و " في " عند أهل اللغة , وتحدث المبحث الثاني عن حرف الجر " اللام" في آية الزكاة , وأبرز الأحكام الفقهية المترتبة على معنى اللام عند الشافعية , وتحدث المبحث الثالث عن حرف الجر "في" في آية الزكاة وأبرز الأحكام الفقهية , وختم البحث بالنتائج وسرد قائمة بالمراجع التي استفاد منها البحث . This study examines the two prepositions “aI-lam" and "fee" in the verse of Zakat in relation to language as well as Jurisprudence of Imam Shafi'i. It shows the understanding of the linguists and the jurists of the rulings of the two prepositions. This research is divided into three sections. The first section focuses on the two prepositions “Al-lam” and “Fee” as viewed by the linguists. The second section deals with the preposition “Al-lam” in the verse of Zakat and the most prominent jurisprudential rulings on the meaning of “Al-lam” based on the opinions of the Shafi’i jurists. The third section discusses the preposition “Fee” in the verse of Zakat and the most prominent jurisprudential rulings. The study concludes with the main results and a list of the references that the research benefited from.
