الاقتصاد الجزائري في مواجهة تداعيات جائحة كورونا "كوفيد- 19" دراسة تحليلية تقييمية في إطار النموذج الاقتصادي الجديد 2016-2030.

Résumé: ملخص :تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم تداعيات الصدمة المزدوجة لجائحة كورونا (COVID-19) وانهيار اسعار المحروقات على اداء الاقتصاد الجزائري، وتأثير ذلك على الاستمرار في تطبيق النموذج الاقتصادي الجديد 2016-2030. وخلصت الدراسة الى ان الاقتصاد الجزائري تأثر بشكل كبير بهذه الظروف الاستثنائية مما يتطلب اعداد نموذج اقتصادي محين يأخذ في الحسبان التطورات المستقبلية للاقتصاد الوطني والدولي لما بعد كورونا (COVID-19)، كما يتوجب على السلطات العمومية مباشرة اصلاحات عميقة للنظام المالي والبنكي والجبائي. Abstract:This study aims to assess the repercussions of the double shock of the covid-19 pandemic and the collapse in fuel prices on the performance of the Algerian economy and its impact in the context of the continued implementation of the new model. economic 2016-2030. The study concluded that the Algerian economy has been strongly affected by these exceptional circumstances, which require the preparation of an updated economic model that takes into account the future developments of the national and international economy beyond the crisis of COVID-19, and that the public authorities must undertake far-reaching reforms of the financial, banking and tax system.
