إختيار المشروع المهني لدى الأطباء. (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأطباء المقيمين بالمستشفى الجامعي تلمسان)

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى اختيار المشروع المهني لدى الأطباء المقيمين بالمستشفى الجامعي تلمسان بتصميم أداة البحث "صحة اختيار المشروع المهني" والتأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية. تكونت عينة البحث من 182 طبيا مقيما تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية ثم تفريغ النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا حسب المنهج الوصفي. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن فقرات الأداة تتمتع بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة وأن مستوى اختيار المشروع المهني لدى الأطباء المقيمين كان سليم نوعا ما. الكلمات المفتاحية: اختيار المشروع المهني ؛ الأطباء المقيمون . The selection of the professional project of resident doctors. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to identify the level of accompanying pressure to choose the professional project of resident doctors University Hospital Tlemcen, The study sample consisted of 182 resident doctors, using the stratified random sampling method and the design a tools to measure the study variable: "and the tool for choosing the professional project" had good Validity and Fidelity. Then, the results of the study showed that the selection of the professional project for most resident doctor sis relatively normal.
