قلق الصحة كمتغير تنبؤي لاضطراب الذاكرة العاملة لدى المصابين بأمراض تنفسية
Résumé: الخلفية:يمثل قلق الصحة مشكلة عندما يكون مفرطا، ولا يتناسب مع الفروض الواقعية لوجود مشكلة خطيرة ،ويستمر رغم من الاختبارات السلبية وطمأنة المهنيين الصحين . الهدف: تفترض دراستنا أن قلق الصحة يمكن أن يكون متغير تنبؤي بالاضطراب أداء الذاكرة العاملة لدى مصابين بأمراض تنفسية مزمنة . المنهج: بلغ عدد المشاركين بطريقة قصدية ، 77 فردا،إناث) 34) وذكور) 44(،تراوحت أعماهم( 16/ـ81 )عاما ، و الذين تواجدوافي العيادة خاصة لطبيب متخصص في الأمراض الصدرية ،تم جمع البيانات استخدام مقياس قلق الصحة، ومقياس الذاكرة العاملة . .R Suquarالنتائج: معدل التنبؤ لقلق الصحة (0.05) .P=(0.22)وقد ارتبط إيجابيا مع اضطراب الذاكرة العاملة خلاصة :تشير النتائج إلى أنقلق الصحة كمتغير تنبؤي بنسبة 5 بالمئة من المصابين بأمراض تنفسية مزمنة ، وقد ارتبطا ايجابيا إحصائيا باضطراب الذاكرة العاملة ، مما ينبه الاختصاصين النفسانيين إلى أهمية هذين المتغيرين وتفاعلهما أثناء تدخلات الصحة النفسية للأمراض التنفسية المزمنة . Background: Health anxiety is a problem when it is excessive, does not fit with realistic assumptions of a serious problem, and persists despite negative tests and the reassurance of health professionals. OBJECTIVES: Our study hypothesizes that health anxiety can be a predictive variable for impaired working memory performance in patients with chronic respiratory disease. Suquar RESULTS: Prediction rate for health anxiety (0.05) P=(0.22) has been positively associated with disturbance of working memory Abstract: The results indicate that health anxiety as a predictive variable in 5 percent of people with chronic respiratory diseases, and it was positively associated with working memory disorder, which alerts psychiatrists to the importance of these two variables and their interaction during mental health interventions for chronic respiratory diseases.
