تقييم أثر سياسة البنك المركزي على متغيرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي حالة العراق و مصر خلال الفترة (1990-2014)

Résumé: يعد البنك المركزي أعلى سلطة نقدية يقع على عاتقها مسؤولية سير الفعاليات الاقتصادية و إدارة عرض النقد المتاح في الاقتصاد الوطني عن طريق أدوات السياسة النقدية، لبلوغ أهداف اقتصادية محددة على رأسها تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، و ذلك لما له من أهمية كبيرة على مستوى الإقتصاد الجزئي و الكلي، و مواجهة كل الأسباب و الظروف التي تحيد بالإقتصاد عن الإستقرار. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تقييم مدى قدرة البنك المركزي في كل من العراق و مصر على تحقيق هدف الاستقرار الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (1990- 2014) من خلال إبراز اثر سياسته في بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية. The central Bank Is the highest monetary authority that Besed on the economic effective management and administrate money supply in the national economy, and It manages the money supply through the tools of monitoring policy to reach a limit economic objectives (goals) as a head of theme the economic stability, because its great importance at the level of micro and macro economy, and to face all the reasons and circumstances that divert the economy from stability . So, we try from this research evaluating in what way the Iranian central Bank and Egyptian central Bank reached the economic stability in (1990-2014) showing the impact of its policy in some totally variable economic.
