Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة توضيح دور بعض النخب في الدفاع عن حقوق الجزائريين في المجالس الفرنسية مستخدمين تكوينهم التعليمي العربي والفرنسي هذه المطالب التي وصفها الكثير على أنها ذات جرأة مسبوقة في ظل ما وصلت إليه السياسة الاستعمارية اتجاه الجزائر وتكالب المعمرين، وتطرح مسألة تمثيل الجزائريين في المجالس الاستعمارية.
