واقع إدارة الإبداع و الإبتكار لدى عمداء كليات جامعة القدس /فلسطين من وجهة نظر رؤساء الدوائر

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى إدارة الإبتكار والإبداع لدى عمداء كليات الجامعة وأثر ذلك على تميز كلياتهم، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع رؤساء الدوائر الأكاديمية في جامعة القدس والبالغ عددهم 46 ، من أهم نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى إدارة الإبتكار والإبداع لدى عمداء كليات جامعة القدس كان بدرجة متوسطة، إلا أن هذا المستوى كان متفاوتاً بين الكليات، من أهم توصياته مراعاة بعض المواصفات الشخصية وبعض السمات الظاهرية والتي من خلالها ممكن النجاح في تعيين عمداء كليات ذات مستويات مرتفعه في إدارة الإبتكار والإبداع.. Abstract The reality of creative and innovative management that the Deans at Al-Quds University/Palestine possess from the prospective of the Heads of Departments there, aims to knowing the level of creativity and innovation in management that the Deans at the university have, and the effect of that on the uniqueness of their colleges. The researcher used the descriptive method for the study, and the sample for the study consisted of all Heads of Academic Departments at Al-Quds University that are 46 persons. The most important result of the study is: The level of Creative and innovative management that the Deans at Al-Quds university possessed was at average level, but it was different between different colleges. The researcher’s recommendation was: respecting personal specifications and virtual features that plays a role with the success in the nomination of the Deans that have high levels of creativity and innovation in management.
