التطورات المستقبلية لسوق العراق للأوراق المالية خلال المدة (2010-2018) .

Résumé: تعد سوق الأوراق المالية احد الأدوات الهامة في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي إذ يرتبط التطور الاقتصادي بشكل وثيق بوجود سوق مطورة للأوراق المالية , مما يساهم في ازدهار الأوراق المالية وتنوعها وزيادة إقبال الجماهير إلى التعامل مع سوق الأوراق المالية , وبالتالي سيزيد من حشد المدخرات وتوجيهها إلى الاستثمار في النشاطات الاقتصادية المتعددة , ويعد سوق العراق للأوراق المالية حديث الظهور لذا لا تزال مؤشرات أدائه مضطربة ما بين الصعود والهبوط و وقد خرجت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات منها (صغر حجم الاقتصاد والسوق المحلي شكل عائقا أمام الاستفادة من قدرة السوق على جذب المزيد من الأموال لتأسيس شركات جديدة تدخل لأول مرة إلى سوق العمل الإنتاجي أو لتوسيع الشركات القديمة بزيادة رؤوس أموالها لتتمكن من توسيع طاقتها الإنتاجية ليعمل الجميع في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني) , فضلا عن مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها(معالجة صغر حجم الاقتصاد والسوق المحلي من خلال إتباع عدد من المقترحات منها السماح بدخول المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية وشركات الوساطة الأجنبية سعيا لتوسيع السوق وتعزيز سيولته) .
