Résumé: تحاول الورقة تحقيق ودراسة رسالة فقيه من فقهاء المالكية المغاربة في القرن التاسع عشر، ذلكم هو الفقيه أبي عبد الله محمد بن المدني بن علي كنون، وهي رسالة: التحذير من الإقامة بأرض العدو، وهي رسالة فقهية تحذر وتحرم إقامة المسلم في أرض العدو، وتنهي عن التعامل معه بأي شكل من الأشكال. وقد قسمت الورقة إلى قسمين، الأول منهما خصصته لدراسة الرسالة والتعريف بها وبصاحبها، في حين قمت في الثاني بتخريجها وتحقيقها متبعا في ذلك ضوابط التحقيق العلمي المتعارف عليه بين المختصين. The paper attempts to investigate and study the message of a jurist from the Moroccan Maliki jurists in the nineteenth century, that is the jurist Abu Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Al Madani Ibn Ali Ganon, which is a message: Warning against residency in the enemy's land, which is a juristic message that warns and prohibits the residence of a Muslim in the enemy's land, and forbids Treat it in any way. The paper was divided into two parts, the first of which was devoted to the study of the thesis and the identification of it and its owner, while in the second I graduated and investigated it following the rules of scientific investigation recognized among the specialists
