ثورة التكنولوجيا المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا: التحديات والآفاق

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع جد مهم متمثل في رصد واقع التكنولوجيا المالية Fintechفي منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا في الآونة الأخيرة. ولتحقيق هدف البحث أجرت الدراسة تحليل لمختلف التقارير والدراسات في الموضوع، كما تطرقت للتحديات التي تواجه التكنولوجيا المالية في المنطقة وفي الوقت نفسه تعرضت للآفاق المستقبلية لنمو هذه التكنولوجيا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التكنولوجيا المالية في المنطقة ضرورة ملحة للنظام المالي للرفع من قدراتها التنافسية وزيادة كفاءتها في أداء الخدمات المالية، لهذا يجب العمل على إجراء تغييرات جذرية في الأطر القانونية والممارسات التنظيمية بما يتماشى مع إنشاء الشركات الناشئة وإزاحة جميع المخاطر التي تعترضها. Abstract : This research paper aims to shed light on a very important topic represented in monitoring the reality of financial technology Fintech in the Middle East and North Africa region in recent times. And to achieve the goal of the research, the study conducted an analysis of various reports and studies on the subject, and we also touched on the challenges faced by financial technology in the region, at the same time we were exposed to the future prospects for the growth of this technology. The results of the study showed that financial technology in the region is an urgent necessity for the financial system to raise its competitiveness and increase its efficiency in the performance of financial services. Therefore, radical changes must be made in the legal frameworks and regulatory practices, in line with the establishment of start-ups and the removal of all risks facing them.
