أثر عدم تماثل الإصلاحات الاقتصادية على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشردراسة قياسية باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي ذو الإبطاء الموزع غير الخطي (nardl) لحالة الجزائر للفترة ( 1970-2017 )

Résumé: الاستثمار فيما يخص الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، ومؤشرات سعر الصرف، التضخم، نمو المعروض النقدي، نمو إجمالي الناتج المحلي،أرصدة الدين الخارجي وكذا إجمالي الإنفاق الوطني الصادرة عن بيانات البنك الدولي فيما يتعلق بالإصلاحات الاقتصادية للفترة (1970-2017)، وبناءا على تقدير النموذج ونتائج الاختبارات توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل إلى جانب وجود عدم التماثل(عدم التناظر) بين الإصلاحات الاقتصادية بأثريه السالب والموجب على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر خلال الفترة المدروسة. Abstract: The study attempted to measure the effect of asymmetry of economic reforms on FDI flows in Algeria, using the modern Non-Linear Autoregressive Distributed lag (NARDL) methodology developed by (shin et. 2014), The study relied on the data of the investment climate report issued by the Arab Investment Guarantee Corporation with regard to foreign direct investment, exchange rate indicators, inflation, money supply growth, GDP growth, external debt stocks as well as total national spending issued by the World Bank data regarding reforms Economic period (1970-2017), Based on the estimation of the model and the results of the tests, the study concluded that there is a long-term balance relationship as well as an asymmetry (asymmetry) between the economic reforms, with its negative and positive effects on FDI flows in Algeria during the studied period.
