رأس المال البشري كمدخل لتعزيز أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية: دراسة حالة بعض المؤسسات بولاية سطيف

Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر رأس المال البشري بأبعاده ( القدرات المعرفية، الخبرات الفكرية، المهارات، العمل الجماعي، الإبداع والابتكار) في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية بأبعاده (البعد المالي، بعد العملاء، بعد العمليات الداخلية، بعد التعلم والنمو)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم جمع وتحليل أراء 50 إطار في 25 مؤسسة اقتصادية بولاية سطيف. وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: تحتاج المؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة إلى مزيد من الاهتمام برأس المال البشري لدعم أدائها، وجود تأثير إيجابي لرأس المال البشري في تحسين أداء المؤسسات محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية : رأس المال البشري، تحسين الأداء، مؤسسة اقتصادية. تصنيف JEL : j24 ؛ L25. The study has reached several results, the most important of which is the economic organizations under the study need more attention to human capital to support their performance.
