انعكاس الاصلاحات الاقتصادية على أهم مؤشرات الأمن الاجتماعي-الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة (2001-2019)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على انعكاسات الاصلاحات الاقتصادية المتمثلة في برامج الانفاق العام والاجراءات الضريبية على أهم مؤشرات الأمن الاجتماعي- الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2001 وإلى غاية 2019، وهذا بالتركيز على الثلاثية (التشغيل، الأمن الغذائي، الفقر)، وكنتيجة للدراسة ومن خلال تحليل بعض المعطيات الإحصائية للبرامج والمشاريع المرافقة للإصلاحات الاقتصادية، تم التوصل إلى أن هذه الاصلاحات أدت إلى تحقيق نتائج معتبرة سواء من الناحية الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية، وكان لها أثر إيجابي على هذه المؤشرات الخاصة بالتشغيل والأمن الغذائي ومحاربة الفقر مما أدى إلى تعزيز مستويات الأمن الاجتماعي –الاقتصادي خلال هذه الفترة. This study aims to examine the implications of the economic reforms represented in public spending programs and tax measures on the most important indicators of socio-economic security in Algeria during the period from 2001 to 2019, with a focus on the trilogy (employment, food security, poverty), and as a result of the study Through the analysis of some statistical data concerning the programs and projects accompanying the economic reforms, it was concluded that these reforms have led to significant results, whether economically or socially, and have had a positive impact on these indicators of employment, food security and poverty alleviation, and led to strengthening levels of socio-Economic security during this period.
