Résumé: من خلال دراستنا لموضوع الرقابة الجبائية في النظام الحقيقي، يتضح لنا الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه الضرائب في دفع عجلة الاقتصاد نحو التقدم و الرقي، كونها تلعب دورا رياديا في السياسة المالية للدولة .و كذلك إلى أهمية النظام الحقيقي، و مختلف الضرائب الخاضعة له، كيفية تصريحها و تحصيلها، و التزامات مكلف بالضريبة . و منه يتجلى دور الرقابة الجبائية في مكافحة الغش و التهرب الضريبي ،و الهيئات الخاصة بها، و أنواع الرقابة المتبعة في النظام الحقيقي، و كيفية جمع المعلومات سواء من طرف المصدر الداخل أو الخارجي من أجل فعالية الرقابة الجبائية، توضيح إجراءات التبليغ للمكلف و العقوبات المفروضة عليه .مدى أهمية مخرجات النظام المحاسبي للمراقب الجبائي، و اتباع مراحل إجراءات الرقابة الجبائية ، منه يجب للمراقب الجبائي المعرفة الجيدة لقانون الضرائب و نظام المحاسبي المالي Through our study of the subject of fiscal control in the real system, it is clear to us the effective role played by taxes in driving the economy towards progress and advancement, as it plays a leading role in the state's fiscal policy The importance of the real system, the various taxes subject to it, how it is authorized and collected, and tax obligations.
