دور الشراكة الأوروجزائرية في حوكمة السياسات الطاقوية كآلية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: احتلت الطاقة في اتفاقية الشراكة الأوروجزائرية أهمية بالغة، لكون أن معظم دول الاتحاد الأوروبي تعتبر دولا غير منتجة للطاقات الناضبة، إلى جانب كون أقرب وأكبر مصادر النفط والغاز الطبيعي لأوروبا الغربية هي جنوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط، كما يشكل توفير موارد طاقوية مستدامة، انشغالا للكثير من الدول لاسيما الجزائر، كونه يساعد في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، تأمين الاقتصاد من الاختلالات الهيكلية المصاحبة لمخاطر تقلبات السوق النفطية، وتحقيق كفاءة طاقوية دون الاضرار بالبيئة. وقد عملت الجزائر على فك ارتباطها الكلي بالنفط من خلال تبني في برامجها الاقتصادية عملية الانتقال من قطاع تصديري تقليدي أساسه المحروقات إلى قطاع تصديري غير تقليدي عن طريق التوقيع على العديد من اتفاقيات الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي فيما يخص الطاقات البديلة أو المتجددة والتي منها طاقة الرياح والطاقة الشمسية، والتي يمكن الاعتماد عليها مستقبلا من أجل ضمان استقرار الاقتصاد الجزائري.
