التجربة البريطانية في مجال الشراكة بين القطاع العام و الخاص -قطاع الصحة،التعليم و النقل نموذجا-

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى التجربة البريطانية في مجال الشراكة بين القطاع العام و الخاص في مجال تقديم الخدمات ،وتم التطرق إلى التطور التاريخي و الإطار المؤسساتي للشراكة بين القطاع العام و الخاص ،وفي الأخير بعض القطاعات التي مستها الشراكة ونذكر منها الصحة و التعليم و النقل.،ومن بين النتائج المتوصل إليها ،أن التجربة البريطانية هي تجربة رائدة في الدول الأوربية و العالم. من بين أهم التوصيات على الدول السائرة في طريق الشراكة اخذ بعين الاعتبار عوامل نجاح الشراكة في بريطانيا ومحاولة تكيفها مع طبيعة اقتصاديتها . We try, through this research paper, to address the British experience in the field of partnership between the public and the private sector in the field of service provision, and the historical development and institutional framework for the partnership between the public and private sectors were addressed, and in the end some sectors affected by the partnership, including health and education. And transportation. Among the findings, that the British experience is a pioneering experience in European countries and the world. Among the most important recommendations for countries taking into consideration the factors behind the success of the partnership in Britain and trying to adapt it to the nature of its economy.
