التحولات العمرانية في مدينة بسكرة وتأثيراتها على المحيط

Résumé: الملخص تشكلت الصورة الحضرية لمدينة بسكرة من خلاصة المراحل التاريخية المتتالية التي مرت بها, عرفت خلالها مجموعة من التحولات، وفي كل مرحلة يظهر نمط عمراني يختلف عما سبق. يبرز الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والفكري للسكان ، والذي يستمد خصوصيته فترة ظهوره. وكنتيجة لكل هذا نتجت أنسجة عمرانية مختلفة عن بعضها البعض في الشكل، والمظهر،والوظيفة،والممارسات.تظهر هذه التحولات في التحولات المجالية والمورفولوجية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وبالمقابل كان لهذه التحولات تأثيرات سلبية على المحيط، مست مختلف جوانبه الطبيعية والبيئية والمورفولوجية والمشهدية والسوسيواقتصادية. ساهمت في ظهور مشاكل تعاني منها المدينة عكست صورة سلبية لها. سنحاول في هذا البحث رصد التحولات العمرانية التي شهدتها مدينة بسكرة ، بالتطرق الى مختلف خصائصها ومظاهرها وتأثيراتها السلبية على المحيط بصفة عامة، والمحيط البيئي بصفة خاصة التي جاءت كنتيجة لهذه التحولات. Summary: The urban image of Biskra City Was formed by the successive historical periods Which Passed through it, Experienced in it a series of transformations, And at each phase appears an urban pattern different from the previous. Highlighting through it the economic, social and intellectual side of the population and derives its specificity from the period of his appearance. As a result of all this emerged different urban tissues from each other in form and function and practices accumulated over time. These transformations appears in spatial and morphological and economic and social transformations. In contrast these transformations had Negative impacts on the environmental, natural, morphological, landscape and Socio-economic aspects because it affected at various aspects which contributed in the emergence of several problems the city suffers because of it which reflected a negative image for it. We will try in this research to observe the urban transformations that Biskra City has Experienced.by addressing its different characteristics, its forms and its negative effects on the environment in general, and the natural environment In particular which came as a result of these transformations.
