دور الاقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة- دراسة حالة الجزائر
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى الأهمية البالغة للاقتصاد الأخضر الذي يسعى لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستدام من خلال الاستخدام الكفء للموارد الطبيعية وتقليل الانبعاثات الضارة، فضلاً عن الحفاظ على البيئة وحمايتها من التلوث والتدهور. كما تشرح الدراسة مفهوم التنمية المستدامة الذي يجمع بين الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية بهدف ضمان تلبية احتياجات الأجيال الحالية دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال المقبلة على تلبية احتياجاتها. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتوضيح هذه المفاهيم، والمنهج الاستقرائي لاستخلاص الدروس والاستنتاجات من تجارب بعض الدول الرائدة في مجال الاقتصاد الأخضر والتنمية المستدامة، حيث تم التركيز على تجربتي مصر وألمانيا. وفي الختام، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الأخضر يمثل آلية فعالة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال النمو الاقتصادي المتوازن بيئياً واجتماعياً، والذي يضمن الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية وحماية البيئة للأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية. This study aims to highlight the theoretical concepts of a green economy that seeks sustainable economic growth through the efficient use of natural resources and the reduction of harmful emissions, as well as the preservation and protection of the environment from pollution and degradation. The study also explains the concept of sustainable development, which combines economic, social and environmental dimensions with a view to ensuring that the needs of present generations are met without prejudice to future generations' ability to meet their needs. The study drew on the descriptive approach to illustrating these concepts and the inductive approach to draw lessons and conclusions from the experiences of some of the leading countries in the field of green economy and sustainable development, focusing on the experiences of Egypt and Germany. In conclusion, the study concluded that a green economy is an effective mechanism for achieving sustainable development through environmentally and socially balanced economic growth, which ensures optimal use of natural resources and environmental protection for present and future generations
