Production De Biodiesel Et Optimisation Des Paramètres Des Procédés De Culture Des Microorganismes
Résumé: The use of current energy has generated many environmental problems that increase every day the interest of searchers in order to develop new technologies for clean resources using the renewable energy. Seaweeds, with their various advantages, have the potential to become industrial photochemical converters. These photosynthetic seaweeds, under determinate conditions are able to produce liquid fuels and clean renewable chemicals. Optically, an investment cost is the main problem to solve, to optimize for the improvement of bioprocesses technics. From this perspective, various approaches are studied. In the present study, we present and describe the main parameters and limiting factors and we show that only the approach of sunlight is economically realistic. One of the main objectives in the field of seaweeds is to decrease the light to overcome the effects of photo-saturation and photo-inhibition that have a negative impact on crops in the sun, and we focused to the importance of external parameters independent of nutrient environment on growth. Another approach was also discussed, which is an adaptation technique based on spectral luminescence in order to optimize the solar spectrum according the desired bioconversion requirements. Crop systems used gives us a biomass with yield of obtained oil is of the order of 40.17%, which is very important, this oil is converted into biodiesel by trans esterification, the yield of biodiesel is 92.56%, which this yield depends on the conditions of work and surely of the triglycerides percentage in oil. Modeling and optimization are performed on applying the technique of artificial neurons networks, optimization calculations performed by means of NeuroOne, based on the color characteristics of the systems. We show that the improved characteristics permit a biomass yield increase on the order of 144.20% and 614.2857% under the same conditions at laboratory and outdoors respectively.
