نحو إنشاء قطب تكنولوجي دوائي متكامل في الجزائر -مجمّع صيدال كنموذج- مقاربة استراتيجية لتعزيز الأمن الصحي والاكتفاء الذاتي في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية

Résumé: Abstract Amid growing health and economic challenges, achieving health security and self-sufficiency in the pharmaceutical industry has become a strategic priority for Algeria. This study assesses the feasibility of establishing an integrated pharmaceutical technology hub that includes research, production, and distribution facilities to strengthen the local pharmaceutical industry and reduce import dependence. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, the study evaluates Algeria’s readiness for this initiative, with a focus on the Saïdal Group as a leading national model. The findings indicate that such a hub could enhance production capacity, support the national economy, and improve Algeria’s competitiveness in the global market, provided that supportive policies and sustainable R&D investments are ensured. ملخص في ظل التحديات الصحية والاقتصادية المتزايدة، يعد تحقيق الأمن الصحي والاكتفاء الذاتي في الصناعات الدوائية أولوية استراتيجية للجزائر. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم إمكانية إنشاء قطب تكنولوجي دوائي متكامل يضم مراكز بحث وإنتاج وتوزيع، لتعزيز الصناعة الدوائية المحلية وتقليل التبعية للواردات. باعتماد المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، يتم استعراض مدى جاهزية الجزائر لهذا المشروع، مع تحليل تجربة مجمّع صيدال كنموذج رائد. تؤكد النتائج أن هذا القطب قد يكون ركيزة لتعزيز الإنتاجية، دعم الاقتصاد الوطني، وتحسين تنافسية الجزائر في السوق الدولية، شريطة توافر سياسات داعمة واستثمارات مستدامة في البحث والتطوير.
