السياسات الاوروبية تجاه قضايا اللجوء:دراسة حالة اللاجئين السوريين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسات الأمنية الأوروبية المعالجة لملف اللاجئين لاسيما مع تزايد حركات اللجوء في العالم التي أثارت جدلا سواءا على مستوى القوانين و الاتفاقيات الدولية أو على مستوى السياسات المشتركة لمعالجة لظاهرة اللجوء. نظرا لتعقد الظاهرة و كذا تعدد آليات مواجهتها فقد تطرقنا بالدراسة لتحليل الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة من طرف الدول الأوروبية لمواجهة آثار هذه الظاهرة و مدى تأثيرها على قطاعات الأمن الإنساني الأوروبي في ظل التدفق الرهيب للاجئين السوريين إلى الأراضي الأوروبية مع تزايد حدة الصراع السوري. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on European policies dealing with the refugees issue especially with the increase in refugee movements in the world, which has sparked widespread whether at the level of International Law and agreements or at the level of joint policies dealing with the phenomenon of asylum. Due to the complexity of the phenomenon, as well as the multiplicity of mechanisms to confront It, we analyzed the strategies adopted by European countries to confront the effects of this phenomenon and the extent of this impact on European human security sectors in light of increasing intensity of the Syrian conflict.
