مساهمة السياحة في التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر: دراسة وصفية وتحليلية Tourism Contribution In Algeria’s Economic Development : A Descriptive And An Analytical Study

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الإلمام بواقع القطاع السياحي الجزائري من خلال جزئين رئيسيين، أولهما يعنى بذكر أهم المقومات الطبيعية، الثقافية والتاريخية للسياحة الجزائرية، أما الجزء الثاني فيتطرق إلى مساهمة السياحة في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد من خلال تحليل أهم مؤشرات القطاع السياحي الجزائري. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تزخر بمقومات سياحية متنوعة منتشرة على كافة التراب الوطني، فيما يعتبر أداء القطاع السياحي الجزائري جد ضعيف، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة فتح المجال أمام القطاع الخاص، تكوين العنصر البشري والتخفيف من القيود البيروقراطية. The purpose of this research paper is to explore the reality of the Algerian tourism through two main sections. The most significant natural, cultural and historical pillars of Algerian tourism are covered in the first section, in contrast, the second section examines how tourism improved the country’s economy by focusing on its key performance indicators. The findings indicated that although Algeria has a wide range of tourism of tourism pillars scattered throughout its entire territory, the performance of this sector is considered very poor. Accordingly, the study emphasizes the need to pave the way for the private sector, enhance the human element, and loosen administrative restrictions in this situation.
