مسار السياسة المالية في الجزائر في ظل استمرار الأزمة البترولية 2014

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التوجه الجديد للسياسة المالية في الاقتصاد الوطني على ضوء الأزمة البترولية سنة 2014 التي كان لها تأثير واضح على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد الوطني، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن تراجع أسعار النفط قد تسبب في انخفاض حاد في موارد الميزانية واحتياطي النقد الأجنبي، مما دفع بالسلطات العمومية إلى اتخاذ مجموعة من الإصلاحات الهيكلية خصوصا ما تعلق بإيجاد المسار الصحيح للسياسة المالية وذلك للخروج من الأزمة. The main aim of this study is knowing the new direction of the fiscal policy in the national economy under the light of the crisis that made the decline of oil prices in 2014 which had a great effect on some national macroeconomic variables. The research has reached a set of results in which the most important one is the decline in oil prices causes a sharp decline in the budget resources and foreign exchange reserves, this prompted the public authorities to take a series of structural reforms, especially those related to finding the right path for fiscal policy in order to get out of the crisis.
