دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تطوير التربية الإبداعية عند النشء

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تطوير التربية الإبداعية عند النشء، من خلال توضيح كيفية استغلال وتفعيل الآليات التي تحيط بالنشء في كافة المجالات العلمية والفنية والمهنية وغيرها، وكذا توضيح الأساليب التي يمكن إتباعها لمواجهة معوقات التربية الإبداعية. توصل هذا البحث إلى أن مؤسسات التنشئة لها دور فعال في اكتشاف وتنمية التفكير الإبداعي عند النشء وهذا لا يتحقق إلا في ظل تكامل الأدوار فيما بينها في بيئة اجتماعية مشجعة على التفكير والإبداع عبر الحوار والاتصال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدور، الإبداع، مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية، التربية الإبداعية. Abstract: This research aims to highlight the role of social institutions in the development of creative education in young people, by explaining how to exploit and activate the mechanisms that surround young people in all fields of science, art, professionalism and others, as well as to clarify the methods that can be followed to face the obstacles of creative education. This research has found that institutions of upbringing have an active role in the discovery and development of creative thinking in young people and this can only be achieved in the context of complementarity of roles among them in a social environment that encourages thinking and creativity through dialogue and communication.
