جدلية مشروع انضمام الجزائر للمنظمة العالمية للتجارة دراسة تحليلية حول الآثار المحتملة عن الانضمام

Résumé: يستوجب التطور المستمر للمناخ الاقتصادي الدولي على الدول النامية عامة والجزائر خاصة مسايرة التطورات والاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، وعليه سارعت الجزائر إلى القيام بجملة من الإصلاحات الضخمة لإدماج الاقتصاد الوطني ضمن الاقتصاد العالمي وذلك بعد قناعتها بأن الانضمام سيتيح لها فرصا أفضل في انعاش الاقتصادي الوطني وتطويره. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة التحليلية سيتم التطرق إلى مسار انضمام الجزائر للمنظمة العالمية للتجارة وأهم الشروط التي تم إملاؤها على الجزائر بما يتناسب مع أهداف وقواعد المنظمة العالمية للتجارة، بالإضافة إلى رصد أهم الأثار المحتملة لمشروع انضمام الجزائر الى هذه المنظمة. The continued development of the international economic climate requires the developing countries in general and Algeria in particular to keep abreast of developments and integration into the world economy. Algeria has therefore embarked on a number of major reforms of accession the national economy into the global economy, believing that accession will give it better opportunities to revive and develop the national economy. Through this analytical study, the path of accession of Algeria to the World Trade Organization and the most important conditions that have been imposed on Algeria in line with the objectives and rules of the World Trade Organization, in addition to monitoring the most important implications of Algeria's accession project to this organization
