أهمية دراسة السلوك الإنساني داخل المنظمات

Résumé: ملخص: تعد دراسة السلوك الإنساني داخل المنظمات محورا أساسيا لنجاح المنظمات أو فشلها، لأن الإنسان هو العنصر الحي الوحيد الذي يسهم في تحريك الطاقات والمتغيرات أو المدخلات في العملية التنظيمية بوجه خاص. وبالتالي فإن أي جهد يبذل باتجاه فهم السلوك الإنساني لمنظماتنا هدفه المساهمة في تطويرها ورفع كفاءتها وفعاليتها. ويرجع الاهتمام بدراسة السلوك الإنساني داخل المنظمات ( أي السلوك التنظيمي) إلى الوعي التام بخطورة المشاكل الإنسانية و السلوكية، وإدراك أهمية دراسته في تفسير هذه المشاكل وعلاجها. ولاشك أن توفر المعلومات والخبرات عن السلوك الإنساني تساعد على حل بعض أنواع المشاكل السلوكية في بيئة العمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنظمة، سلوك إنساني، سلوك تنظيمي. Abstract: The study of human behaviour within organizations is an essential point in their success or their failure; because the individual is the only living element that contributes in boosting the energies and the changes in the organizational operation. So, the purpose of every effort provided in order to understand the human behaviour within these organizations is to contribute in its development and to evaluate its competence and efficiency. The importance given to the study of human behaviour within organizations is due to awareness of the seriousness of human and behavioural issues and to the importance of this study to explain and solve these issues. What is sure is that the availability of information and experiences concerning human behaviour contribute in finding solutions to some types of behavioural issues in work environment.
