أثر أخلاق العمل على الجودة من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي

Résumé: تناول البحث إشكالية تأثير أخلاق العمل على الجودة من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي، حيث تم تحليل العلاقة بين أخلاق العمل في الاقتصاد الإسلامي من خلال ثلاثة أبعاد هي: القوة، الأمانة، والمسؤولية، والجودة في الاقتصاد الإسلامي من خلال بعدي الإحسان والإتقان. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات عن متغيرات الدراسة، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة تتكون من 123 عاملا بمؤسسة سوناريك. وبالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss تم تحليل البيانات واختبار صحة الفرضيات من خلال عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية كالمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى كل من أخلاق العمل والجودة جاء مرتفعا وفقا لمقياس الدراسة، وأن لأخلاق العمل أثر معنوي على الجودة من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي. This research include the problem of the impact of work ethics on quality an Islamic economy perspective, where was analysed the relationship between work ethics In Islamic economy through three dimensions: strong, honesty, responsibility and quality in Islamic economy through two dimensions: ihsan and itqan. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data on the study’s variables; it was distributed on a sample consisting of 123 employees in Sonaric. The researcher used statistical package for the social sciences SPSS to analyse and test study hypothesis through a number of statistical methods such as Arithmetic mean, Standard deviation, The sample linear regression and multiple regression analysis. The study reached several conclusions, the most important are both work ethics and quality in Islamic economy are high according to the scale of the study and the presence of significant effect of work ethics on quality in Islamic economy perspective.
