دور التكنولوجيا داخل المؤسسة الجامعية

Résumé: بعد تناولنا الجوانب النظرية لكل من تكنولوجيات المعلومات الاتصالات والميزة التنافسية، واستنادا للدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بالموضوع تبين لنا مدى أهمية تحقيق مؤسسة جامعية للميزة التنافسية، وقد تبيّن لنا أن تحقيق المؤسسة الجامعية للميزة التنافسية يعتمد بالأساس على عدة مصادر لعل من أهمها الاستخدام الجيد لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات باعتبارها من المداخل الحديثة التي يعوّل عليها في تحقيق المزايا التنافسية من خلال الاستقلال في هذا النوع من التكنولوجيات التي أصبحت بمثابة ضرورة حتمية في الوقت الحالي. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى المساهمة في تحليل دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في إكساب المؤسسة الجامعية ميزة تنافسية وقد تحدّدت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها الخمسة التي تمثّلت في (الموارد البشرية، الأجهزة والمعدات، قواعد البيانات، البرمجيات، الشبكات). ويمكن القول بأنّ هذه التكنولوجيات سوف تخلق لنا تعليما جديدا ذو ثلاث أبعاد (الأستاذ، الطالب، تكنولوجيات الاتصال)، لاعتبار هذه التكنولوجيات سيكون لها دور حضاري وتربوي كبير في المستقبل القريب. Abstract : After we dealt with the theoretical aspects of each of the information and communication technologies and competitive advantage, and based on previous studies related to the topic, it became clear to us how important it is for a university institution to achieve competitive advantage. It is one of the reliable modern approaches to achieve competitive advantages through independence in this type of technology, which has become an imperative at the present time. The study also aimed to contribute to the analysis of the role of information and communication technology in giving the university a competitive advantage. The five dimensions of information and communication technology were identified (human resources, hardware and equipment, databases, software, networks). It can be said that these technologies will create a new three-dimensional education for us (teacher, student, communication technologies), considering that these technologies will have a great civil and educational role in the near future.
