واقع اقتصاد المعرفة وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية (1980-2017)

Résumé: الملخصّ تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر اقتصاد المعرفة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1980 الى 2017 وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات التي تعبّر عن الجوانب الأساسية لاقتصاد المعرفة باستعمال منهجية التكامل المشترك، نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتيVAR واختبار السببية لـ Granger. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقات مختلفة إيجابية وسلبية بين معدل النمو الاقتصادي ومؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة في المدى القصير والطويل، وبيّن اختبار تحليل التباين التأثير الضعيف لمؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، كما أوضح اختبار granger عدم وجود علاقة سببية بين مؤشرات اقتصاد المعرفة ومعدّل النمو الاقتصادي. Abstract The study aims to measure the impact of the knowledge economy on economic growth in Algeria during the period from 1980 to 2017 using a set of indicators that reflect the basic aspects of the knowledge economy using the methodology of cointegration, the VAR model and the causality test of Granger. The results of the study showed the existence of different relationship positive and negative between the economic growth rate and the knowledge economy indicators in the short and long run and the variance decomposition test indicates the weak impact of the knowledge economy indicators on the economic growth in Algeria. The granger test also showed that there is no causal relationship between the indicators of the knowledge economy and the economic growth rate.
