Caractérisation Morphologique Et Développement Larvaire Du Sandre Sander Lucioperca Et La Carpe Commune Cyprinus Carpio Dans Un Milieu Contrôlé

Résumé: Une description chronologique du développement larvaire de la carpe commune C. carpio et le sandre S. lucioperca issue de ponte induite artificiellement, ainsi que la caractérisation morphologiques a été effectuée jusqu'à l'âge de 14 jours en fonction de la résorption de l’alimentation endogène et du moment de l’éclosion. L’incubation de 406429 et 428200 oeufs sous le contrôle des paramètres physico-chimiques a donné naissance à 44572 et 14282 larves de la carpe et du sandre respectivement. L’éclosion s’est faite en trois intervalle précoces (carpe : 5,26 %; sandre :9,52 %), intermédiaires (carpe : 68,12 %; sandre :57,63 %) et tardives (carpe : 26,7 %; sandre : 32,85). La fécondité absolue est négativement corrélée avec le diamètre ovocytaire (r = -0,91 ; P  0,001) chez C. carpio ; alors la taille des larves est fortement corrélée avec celle des femelles quelques l’espèce. The incubation of 406,429 and 428,200 eggs under the control of physico-chemical parameters gave rise to 44,572 and 14,282 carp and pike-perch larvae respectively. Hatching occurred in three intervals early (carp: 5.26%; pike-perch: 9.52%), intermediate (carp: 68.12%; pike-perch: 57.63%) and late (carp: 26, 7%; pike perch: 32.85). Absolute fertility is negatively correlated with oocyte diameter (r = -0.91; P 0.001) in C. carpio; then the size of larvae is strongly correlated with that of females of some species. The mathematical expression of the relationship between the size of the larvae and the DO, HM, HSV and LSV is established according to the endogenous diet (D0, D7 and D15) and the moment of hatching (carp: 57h, 67 h and 77 h; pike-perch: 72 h, 82 h and 96 h) (Tab. 10 and 11) shows the positive effect of yolk reserves on the linear growth of larvae in the two species and reveals the negative effect of the timing of hatching on the different parameters.
