نحو تعزيز الوعي الادخاري المصرفي لدى قطاع الأسر بالجزائر

Résumé: عُني البحث على نحوٍ دقيق بمحاولة طرح جملة من الحلول التي تروم تمكين الأوعية المصرفيّة الجزائريّة ترقية مساهمتها في خلق وتعزيز الوعي الادّخاري المصرفي لدى القطاع العائلي تحديداً. وبعد عرض مُبسّط ومختصر للمراد بنشاط الادّخار ومرتكزاته، ولمعنى الوعي الادّخاري وكذا أسباب جعله جزءاً من مسؤوليّات المصارف، وتشخيص موسّع لواقع قيام الصندوق الوطني للتوفير والاحتياط- كمؤسسة تُشرف على ادّخار القطاع الأسري خصوصاً- على مسؤولية تعزيز ونشر الوعي الادّخاري المصرفي لدى العائل الجزائري اعتماداً على عددٍ من المؤشّرات، انتهى البحث إلى حقيقة فشل الصندوق في مسؤولية التوعية على النّحو الذي يليق بها كمؤسّسة متخصّصة تُعنى بشؤون الادّخار الأسري، وانصرف من ثمَّ إلى طرح عددٍ من السّبل لتصحيح الدور الممارس من قبل الصندوق. The aim of the research is to propose a set of solutions that enable Algerian banking receptacles to upgrade their contribution to creating and strengthening banking savings awareness in the family sector. The study included a simplified presentation of the concept of savings and its foundations, the meaning of saving awareness and the reasons for making it part of the responsibilities of banks, and an extensive diagnosis of the National Fund for Saving and Reserve's responsibility to promote and spread the banking savings awareness of the Algerian family based on a number of indicators. The research concluded that the Fund failed to be responsible for raising the savings awareness as a specialized institution for saving families. Consequently, it presented a number of solutions to correct the role played by the Fund. Keywords : savings; awareness; behavior; Banking receptacles; Individuals Sector.
