دور التحول الرقمي في تفعیل السیاسة التعلیمیة في الجزائر 2023-2019

Résumé: تهـــدف الدر اســـة إلـــى الكشـــف عـــن دور التحـــول الرقمـــي فـــي تفعیـــل الس�اســـة التعل�م�ـــ ة فـــي الجزائـــر وذلـــك مـــن خـــلال واقـــع رقمنـــة قطـــاع التر��ـــة والتعلـــ�م حیـــث فـــي الآونـــة الأخیـــرة لاســـ�ما فـــي ظـــل الظـــرو ف التـــي عاشــــتها الجزائــــر فــــي الســــنوات الماضــــ�ة انتشــــار الكوفیــــ د حیــــث اتجهــــت معظــــم الجهــــود التعل�م�ــــة إلــــى محاولــــ ة الاســــتفادة مــــن التعلــــ�م عــــن �عــــد والتعلــــ�م المــــدمج كضــــرورة لتجــــاوز الجائحــــة. لقــــد كــــان مــــن أولو�ــــات وزارة التر ��ــــة الوطن�ــــة الانتقــــال إلــــى مجــــال التســــییر الرقمــــي ل�صــــ�ح ممارســــة فعل�ــــة فــــي كــــل المصـــالح البیداغوج�ــــة والإدار�ــــة وهــــذا مـــا �عــــزز وجــــ ود مع�ــــار جـــودة التعلــــ�م فــــي المؤسســــات التعل�م�ــــة، وهــــذا مــــا یتطلــــب إعــــادة النظــــر فــــي منظومتنــــا التر�و�ــــة �التــــ دقیق لمختلــــف العمل�ــــات شــــكلا ومضــــمونا ووضــــع طــــرق و أســــالیب عمل�ــــة كالتــــدر�ب وتأهیــــل المــــورد ال�شــــري وتــــوفیر الإمكان�ــــات الماد�ــــة لمســــ ایرة التحولات الرقم�ة. Research Summary: The study aims to reveal the role of digital transformation in activating educational policy in Algeria, through the reality of digitizing the education sector, where in recent times, especially in light of the circumstances that Algeria has experienced in the past years, the spread of Covid, where most educational efforts tended to try to benefit from distance education. Blended education as a necessity to overcome the pandemic. It has been one of the priorities of the Ministry of National Education to move to the field of digital management so that it becomes an actual practice in all pedagogical and administrative departments. This is what reinforces the existence of a quality standard for education in educational institutions. This requires reconsidering our educational system by scrutinizing the various processes in form and content and developing practical methods and methods such as training and rehabilitation. Human resource and providing the material capabilities to keep pace with digital transformations
