دور البنوك فـي تمويل التجارة الخارجية من خلال الإعتماد المستندي

Résumé: بعد الدراسة المتواضعة لموضوع دور البنوك في تمويل التجارة الخارجية من خلال الاعتماد المستندي، تطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى مفاهيم عامة للتجارة الخارجية والمؤسسات المالية، وذلك من خلال التعريف بالتجارة الخارجية والتمييز بينها و بين التجارة الداخلية، والتطرق الى اهداف التجارة الخارجية وطرق تمويلها، ثم تطرقنا الى المؤسسات المالية التي تقوم بعملية المتويل التجاري، من خلال أنواع البنوك و الأهداف التي أنشأة لأجلها ومصادر تمويلها. أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناولنا فيه دور الإعتماد المستندي في تمويل التجارة الخارجية وذلك خلال تعريفه و العلاقة التي تربط أطرافه وأنواعه، بعد ذلك كيفية تأسيسه وإنقضائه وإلتزامات أطرافه مع التطرق إلى بعض النزاعات التي تثار أثناء و بعد عملية التعامل بالإعتماد المستندي . After the modest study of the issue of the role of banks in financing foreign trade through documentary credit, which we divided into two chapters, we discussed in the first chapter general concepts of foreign trade and financial institutions, through the definition of foreign trade and the distinction between it and domestic trade, and addressing the objectives of foreign trade and ways Financing it, then we touched on the financial institutions represented by the commercial banks that carry out the commercial financing process, through the types of banks and the objectives for which they were established and the sources of their financing. As for the second chapter, we dealt with the role of documentary credit in financing foreign trade, by defining it and identifying the relationship that binds its parties with mentioning its types, then how to establish and terminate it and the obligations of its parties, while addressing some of the disputes that arise during and after the process of dealing with documentary credit.
