Activités Biologiques Des Fractions Des Alcaloïdes D'une Plante Médicinale Du Sahara Algérien

Résumé: In the present work, we are interested in the study of an endemic plant in the Algerian Sahara Deverra scoparia Coss & Dur (Apiaceae), because of their frequent use in folk medicine. The extraction of the crude alkaloids of D. scoparia by soxhlet recorded a yield of 1%. A separation by the column chromatography method gives 7 fractions according to the polarity of the mobil phase used (dichloromethane / ethanol). Several systems using for TLC chromatographic analyzes, crude alkaloids and different fractions of the plant studied showed a heterogeneity and a diversity of alkaloid compounds. This remarkable diversity of alkaloids makes it possible to hope for a broad spectrum of biological activities. The results of the antienzymatic activity by the alpha-amylase enzyme showed that the alkaloids in the F2 fraction represent the highest percentage of inhibition (74.9%). The study of antifungal activity against Candida albicans (M3); Aspergiluscarbonarius (Ac); Aspergiluseochraceus (Ao); Mucorramannianus (Ur); Aspergilusebrasiliensus (Ab); Fusariumculmorum (Fc); Magnetococcusmarinus (MC); Bacillus subtilis (BS); Brucellasuis Escherichia coli; Streptococcus; Staphelococcus; Typhoid Salmonella, confirmed that D. scopariais a great ability to inhibit microbial growth. This plant has an interesting insecticidal activity against white mealybugs; the fraction F4 has a lowest LD 50 equal to 2.28 mg / ml.
