تقدير الذات لدى الشباب العاطل عن العمل دراسة ميدانية بمدينة وهران

Résumé: الملخص يهدف هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن تأثيرات البطالة على الصحة النفسية للشباب العاطل عن العمل.من خلال معنى وأهمية العمل بالنسبة لهؤلاء ، باعتباره الوسيلة التي تؤدي إلى الاستقلالية، الحصول على المكانة الاجتماعية وتحقيق الذات. في غيابه يجد البطال نفسه في وضعية تبعية، تهميش، الشعور بالدونية. هذا من شأنه أن يؤثر في نظرته إلى ذاته وفكرته عن نظرة الآخرين إليه وبالتالي تدني مستوى تقديره لذاته . This article aims to uncover the effects of unemployment on the mental health of unemployed youth through the meaning and importance of work for them and as the means leading to independence, gaining status and self-realization. The unemployed person finds himself in a subordinate position, marginalization and inferiority. This would affect his perception of himself and also what he thinks about others’ perception to him and thus his under self-esteem.
