Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التفكير فلسفيا في ظاهرة العنف والحرب والإرهاب بكونها ظواهر صارت تؤرق المجتمعات المعاصرة، بهدف الوقوف على الأطروحات الفلسفية وكيفية تفكيكها لهذه الظواهر، وكشف علائقها بالقوة والسلطة والهيمنة والتقنية، لهذا استدعينا بعض الفلاسفة بهدف التأسيس لخطاب فلسفي عقلاني حول ظاهرة العنف، خطاب يجمع بين الصرامة العقلية والرؤية السوسيولوجية، والانثروبولوجية، بكون العنف ظاهرة عرفتها كل المجتمعات عبر التاريخ، لكن اليوم نشهد عنفا يفوق كل التصورات لأنه يوظف الدين والسياسة والتقنية والشرعية الدولية، عنف تمارسه القوى الكبرى باسم حقوق الإنسان، وتمارسه الحركات المتطرفة الأصولية باسم المقدس. والخطاب الفلسفي حول العنف خطاب يسعى إلى إعادة بناء الوعي على أسس عقلانية. Abstract: This study seeks to think philosophically about the phenomenon of violence, war and terrorism as phenomena that haunt contemporary societies in order to identify the philosophical theses and how to dismantle these phenomena and reveal their relations with power, power and hegemony and technology. This is why some philosophers called for the establishment of a rational philosophical discourse on the phenomenon of violence, A speech that combines mental rigor and sociological and anthropological vision with the fact that violence is a phenomenon known to all societies throughout history.
