المواطنة في فكر الحركات الإسلامية من المغالبة إلى المدافعة

Résumé: ملخص: نعالج في هذا المقال مفهوم الحركة الإسلامية بشقيها المغالب أي التيار الذي لا يؤمن بفكرة التعايش والاندماج في الحياة الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية داخل المجتمع الواحد ، ناهيك عن ارتباطه بمفاهيم مفصلية بل عقدية تحد من الوفاء بمتطلبات المواطنة الحقة ، ثم نفصل في الشق الثاني من الحركة الإسلامية ألا وهو التيار المدافع أو المشارك أو المندمج في الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية وهو تيار الإسلام السياسي، ثم نقوم بشرح مفاهيم المواطنة الحقة من حقوق وواجبات ، وكذا المفاهيم ذات صلة بالمواطنة من قبيل : الولاء للوطن ، الانفتاح على الآخر ، ثم في آخر المقال نعرض لاسقاطات مفهوم المواطنة في منظور التيار المغالب والتيار المدافع ، دون أن نغفل إرهاصات المواطنة الحقة لكلى التيارين كالخوف من اضمحلال الهوية الجماعاتية ، وقبول قناعات كانت تعد في الوهلة الأولى مستحيلة التفكير فيها Abstract: This artical discusses the concept of the two islamic movements which are the mainsteam and the defender current . the first current does not believe in the idea of coexistance and integration ioto socio-cultural and political life within one society without forgetting its associations with concepts that are articulated even contractual that limit the fulfullemnt of the requirements of the true citizenship. Moving to the second part of the islamic movement which is the defender current integrated tnto the socio-political and cultural life, it is called islamism or political islam explaning the concept of true citizenship as well as concepts related to homeland like loyalty to country and openness to others In the last part of the artical we present the meaning of citizenship in the perspective of the two currents without forgetting the apprehensions of the true citizenship like : the fear of the decay of communal identity and the acceptance of convictions were considred impossible ti think KEY WORDS: citizenship, Islamic movement, Participation, Overwhelming
