براديغم الخطاب الاسلامي في البيئة الاتصالية بين المتغيرات الاجتماعية ومقاصدية الشريعة الاسلامية.

Résumé: ملخص: لقد سعت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الخطاب الاسلامي المعاصر، ومعرفة أين يكمن الخلل؟ هل يرجع ذلك إلى قصور في المنهج أم هي علل يعاني منها عقل وقلب المسلم؟ أم غياب الرؤية المقاصدية عند المتأخرين من المسلمين اليوم بكل اتجاهاتهم وطوائفهم وانتماءاتهم؟ وهذه محاولة بحثية للتنقيب عن مكامن الخلل التي تقوض الخطاب الاسلامي وتمنعه أن يرتقي إلى عظمة الاسلام من منظور مقاصدي، ليصبح خطابا يحترم الانسان وواقعه الاجتماعي المتغير؛ وتحكمه عدالة ميزان الشريعة المبنية على مقاصد كلية وجزئية غايتها أن تجعل الانسان يعيش السعادة في الدنيا والرضوان في الاخرة .الكلمات المفتاحية: (براديغم؛ بيئة؛ مقاصد؛ شريعة؛ تغير؛ خطاب) Abstract: This study sought to identify the most important problems facing contemporary Islamic discourse, and to find out where the defect lies. Is this due to shortcomings in the curriculum, or are they ills that the mind and heart of the Muslim suffer from? Or the absence of a vision of objectives among later Muslims today with all their orientations, sects and affiliations? This is a research attempt to explore the defects that undermine the Islamic discourse and prevent it from ascending to the greatness of Islam from the perspective of my intentions, to become a discourse that respects man and his changing social reality. It is governed by the justice of the balance of Sharia, which is based on total and partial objectives, whose purpose is to make a person live happiness in this world and contentment in the Hereafter.
