اليات تسيير مخاطر القروض الممنوحة للمؤسسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Résumé: "الملخص الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو توضيح طرق تسيير البنوك لمخاطر القروض الممنوحة في إطار دعمها للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إذ يشكل اهتمام البنوك بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من المجالات التي تمثل مجالا هاما لرفع تنافسيتها وزيادة ربحيتها، حيث أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تقوم بدور فعال في اقتصاديات الدول بصفة عامة وفي الجزائر بصفة خاصة من خلال مساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وتوفيرها لمناصب الشغل. ولضمان نجاح البنوك التي تمول المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة يتطلب توافر الإجراءات التي تجعل قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من اهم الزبائن التي يتعامل معاها البنك. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نلاحظ ان بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية--BADRيلعب دورا كبيرا في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مخاطر القروض، البنوك، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية--BADR " "Summary: The aim of this study is to clarify the ways banks manage the risks of loans granted within the framework of their support for small and medium enterprises, as banks’ interest in small and medium enterprises is one of the areas that represents an important area for raising their competitiveness and increasing their profitability, as small and medium enterprises play an effective role in the economies of countries in general and in Algeria in particular through its contribution to achieving economic development and providing jobs. To ensure the success of banks that finance small and medium enterprises, procedures are required that make the small and medium enterprise sector one of the most important customers that the bank deals with.
