حقوق وواجبات الصحفي الجزائري وفق القانون العضوي للإعلام 2012

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحديد الامتيازات التي جاء بها القانون العضوي للإعلام 2012 لصالح الصحفي المحترف، حيث تتمثل في مجموعة من الحقوق و كذا الالتزامات التي تقع على عاتق الصحفي الجزائري و المتمثلة في الواجبات، و بناء على ما سبق سيقدم المقال دراسة مستفيضة في حقوق الصحفي المحترف كالحق في البطاقة المهنية، و الحق في التأمين على الحياة و الحق في شرط الضمير. و بعدها إبراز واجبات الصحفي المحترف و سنركز على الالتزام بالمسؤولية، و بأخلاقيات المهنة و كذا الالتزام بالرد و التصحيح. الكلمات المفتاحة: Abstract : This article aims at identifying the privileges that the Organic Law of Information 2012 has brought to the professional journalist, which is a set of rights and obligations of the Algerian journalist and duties. Based on the above, the article will provide an extensive study about the rights of the professional journalist Such as the right to a professional card, the right to life insurance and the right to a conscience. And then to highlight the duties of the professional journalist in that we will focus on the commitment to responsibility, and the ethics of the profession and the commitment to respond and correction.
