صورة الذات والتوافق الاجتماعي لدى حالات من المراهقين في وضعية الإدمان على المخدرات -دراسة لحالات وافدة إلى مركز المساعدة النفسية الجامعي-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشفعنما إذا كانت صورة الذات سلبية لدى المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات يرافقها تذبذب في التوافق الاجتماعي، عبر المقابلة نصف موجهة ومقياسي كل من صورة الذات بصورتيه (الواقعية والمثالية) "لبكة الميسوم" 2016 والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي"لزينب شقير" 2003. وتحقيقا لهذه الأهداف تم اتباع المنهج العيادي القائم على تقنية دراسة الحالة، حيث بلغت مجموعة الدراسة حالتين تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين(13-20 سنة) من المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات وأسفرت النتائج عن: - بقدر ماتكون صورة الذات سلبية لدى المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات بقدر ما يكون التوافق الاجتماعي منخفض. - تظهر صورة الذات الواقعية سلبية لدى المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات من خلال (القلق اتجاه وضعية الإدمان، التصورات السلبية عن الذات المدمنة، إدراك ناقص لفعالية الذات) - تظهر صورة الذات المثالية سلبية لدى المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات من خلال (أفكار تشاؤمية، مشاعر النقص، تشوش في إدراك المستقبل) - يتميز التوافق الاجتماعي لدى المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات بأنه منخفض وذلك من خلال (ضعف القدرة على بناء علاقات آمنة، ضعف الالتزام بالمعايير الاجتماعية، التناقض الوجداني في العلاقات – حب وكره في نفس الوقت) This study aimed to reveal whether the negative self-image of drug addicted adolescents is accompanied by fluctuations in social adjustment, through a semi-structured interview and two measures of both self-image (realistic and idealistic) by "Lakkah Al-Maissum" 2016 and psychosocial adjustment by "ZinebChoucair" 2003.In order to achieve these goals, the clinical approach based on the case study technique was followed. The study group consisted of two cases that were chosen in an intentional way, between the ages of (13-20 years) from adolescents addicted to drugs. The results revealed the following: - The more negative the self-image of drug addicted adolescents, the more wobbly the social compatibility is. - The realistic self-image appears negative among adolescents addicted to drugs through (anxiety about the situation of addiction, negative perceptions of the addicted self, an incomplete perception of self-efficacy). - The ideal self-image appears negative among adolescents addicted to drugs through (pessimistic thoughts, feelings of inadequacy, confusion in perceiving the future). - The social compatibility of drug addicted adolescents is characterized by being low through (weak ability to build secure relationships, weak commitment to social standards, and emotional contradiction in relationships - love and hate at the same time -).
