العلاقات العامة وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة ( دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة )

Résumé: تمثلت مشكلة دراستنا حول العلاقات العامة وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بمدينة ورقلة حيث قمنا في درستنا هذه بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسئ التالي كيف تؤثر العلاقات العامة على الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر في ورقلة وقد تمت الدراسة خلال السنة الجــــامعية 2021/2022 ومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية بحثنا تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه الأكثر ملائمة لدراسة وتم الاعتماد على المقابلة الملاحظة واستمارة الاستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات تم إجراء البحث على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة باعتبار أن عدد الموظفين لم يتجاوز ال 80 موظفا وموظفة بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بمدينة ورقلة قمنا بأخذ عينة عشوائية لأربعين موظف وعرضنا وحللنا الإحصائيات الميدانية وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: _ تؤثر العلاقات العامة بشكل فعال على أداء الموظفين ،وهذا من خلال الوظائف والأهداف التي يسعى إليها جهاز العلاقات العامة وعلاقته الجيدة بالموظفين . _ تؤثر الوظائف التي تقوم بها العلاقات العامة على أداء موظفي مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة بشكل جيد وفعال - تؤثر وسائلالإتصال المستخدمة من طرف العلاقات العامةبشكل ايجابي وفعال على أداء الموظفين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة Our study is about the public relations and its influence on the job performance in the Algerian Telecom Company in the city of Ouargla. In this study, we answered the following main question. How does public relations affect the job performance of Algerian Telecom employees in Ouargla and this study was conducted during the university year 2021/2022. In order to answer the problems of our research. We relied on the descriptive approach as it is the most suitable for the study. The interviews, the observations and the questionnaires were used as tools for data collection, then the research was conducted on a sample of the employees, given that the total number of employees did not exceed eighty employee in the Algerian Telecom Company of the city of Ouargla. We took a random sample of 40 employee then presented and analyzed the field statistics. At the end, the study reached the following results. Public relations effectively affect the performance of employees, and this is through the functions and goals that the public relations seeks and its good relations with the employees. The functions performed by public relations affect the performance of the employees at Algerian Telecom Ouargla in a good and effective manner. The means of communication used by the public relations have a positive and effective impact on the performance of the employees at Algerian Telecom in Ouargla.
