مصطلحات الوقف بين الإمام القسطلاني والجمهور من خلال كتابه لطائف الإشارات

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الحديث عن موضوع علم الوقف في القرآن الكريم، هذا الميدان الّذي تعرف به معاني القرآن، وتصرف من خلاله العديد من الشبهات الّتي يثيرها الوقف خدمة لمذاهب معيّنة. ةيعتبر علم الوقف والابتداء من أهمّ العلوم الّتي ينبغي الإحاطة بها، لأنّ الإخلال به، إخلال لمعاني القرآن الكريم، والمقاصد الّتي أرادها الباري عزّ وجلّ، ولقد حاولت في هذه الدّاسة المقارنة بين أقسام الوقف عند العلماء، وبين الاصطلاحات الّتي وقّتها الإمام القسطلّاني. لأخلُص في الأخير أنّ للإمام مصطلح جديد، لم يعرف عند غيره، ألا وهو الوقف الكامل، ككما أنّه اتّفق مع جلّ الأئمّة في بقيّة الأنواع، إلّا أنّه خالف الإمام السّاجوندي؛ فكلّ تامّ أو كاف عنده، هو مطلق عند أبي عبد الله بن طيفور السّاجوندي. This research aims to talk about the subject of waqf science in the Noble Qur’an, this field in which the meanings of the Qur’an are known, and through which many of the suspicions raised by the waqf are acted upon in the service of certain sects. The science of waqf and initiation is one of the most important sciences that should be known, because breaching it is a breach of the meanings of the Noble Qur’an, and the objectives that the Bari, may He be glorified and exalted, wanted. To conclude in the end that the imam has a new term, which is not known to anyone else, namely, the complete endowment, just as he agreed with most of the imams in the rest of the types, but he disagreed with Imam Al-Sajundi. Everyone is complete or sufficient with him, is absolute according to Abu Abdullah bin Tayfour al-Sajundi
