Résumé: الملخص: في خضم تداعيات تدهور الوضع الصحي العالمي في ظل أزمة كورونا بسبب النمط الاقتصادي الحالي الذي يتعامل مع صحة الفرد في معظم الدول على أساس الربح والخسارة، وفي ظل الغياب الشبه الكلي لتحالف الشركات العربية في المجال الطبي، فإن التعاون العربي أصبح ضرورة حتمية لمجابهة الآثار المستقبلية لأزمة كورونا، فما هي آفاق التعاون العربي في المجال الدوائي لتحقيق الحق في الصحة للمواطن والتخفيف من الآثار السلبية لأزمة كورونا؟ وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن تجسيد هذا التعاون يعد ضرورة حتمية للدول العربية في ظل النظام التجاري الجديد الذي ستفرضه الانعكاسات الاقتصادية بعد أزمة كورونا، من خلال توجيه كل إمكانياتها نحو الأمن الصحي بعد أن وجهت كل إمكانياتها في الفترة السابقة لوباء كورونا لتطوير نظامها الأمني والعسكري، والعمل كذلك على تفعيل مشروع منطقة التّجارة الحرّة العربية الكبرى. In the midst of the repercussions of the deterioration of the global health situation in light of the Corona crisis due to the current economic pattern that deals with the health of the individual in most countries on the basis of profit and loss, and in light of the almost total absence of the alliance of Arab companies in the medical field, Arab cooperation has become an imperative necessity to confront the future effects of the Corona crisis, so what are the prospects for Arab cooperation in the pharmaceutical field to achieve the right to health of the citizen and mitigate the negative effects of the Corona crisis? Through this study, we have concluded that the embodiment of this cooperation is an imperative necessity for Arab countries in light of the new trade system that will be imposed by the economic repercussions after the Corona crisis, by directing all their capabilities towards health security after they directed all their capabilities in the period before the Corona epidemic to develop their security and military system, and also work to activate the Greater Arab Free Trade Area project.
