Résumé: This research seeks to determine the impact of pillars national competitive system witch participate in forming the industrial climate designed for the performance of the Algerian medical organisations through applying the diamond sample of porter. And it is executed by taking the principle and associating limitations through witch the competitive characteristic is made up to manufacture drugs in Algeria. The results deduced express the positive impression of the local demand for drugs, competition and the occasion to create the competitive characteristics for the national industry of drugs. Where as most factors of production, complementary and supporting industries and the role of the government have a negative impact in creating the competitive characteristics to manufacture drugs in Algeria.
